If you don’t receive emails from us, they may be caught in a spam folder or higher up in a network filter. If you’re using a personal computer, please check your spam folder and be sure that your email account is accepting email from VoiceThread.com. You can even add email@example.com as a contact in your email address book to ensure that this address is trusted.
If you’re on a local network, please have your network administrator “whitelist” VoiceThread.com and take a look at the network requirements.
